Since you have a commerce background, you could consider pursuing an MBA. Taking home a fat pay package would follow automatically once you have a good educational background. But we can't help you decide what you should take up, unless you specify what areas are of interest to you. You should take out time to introspect and find out what kind of job you would like to do.
Management skills can be attained by pursuing an MBA.

If foreign languages interest you, you could consider the work of a translator.
