Many NITs and IITs will accept that but then counseling plays an important role so, keep all your options open. There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two. Check their websites and talk to their counselors.
