You need to give both NATA and JEE (AIEEE has been replaced by JEE (Main)

NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture)is an aptitude test that measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, i.e. Architecture.

To get into a good engineering college you need to clear the JEE Main 2013 and to qualify for the IITs you need to clear the JEE Advanced 2013.
