what are we comparing IGNOU with? Yes, IGNOU is a premiere distance learning university and if you are talking about distance learning only, then probably IGNOU is the best option.
However, we will suggest you to go for the regular M.Com course, because the learning you get from a regular classroom is incomparable. Plus the placement options are best from a regular reputed college.
