Your academic background is quite strong. With PCB, Psychology and French you can explore various opportunities, all you need is to pin down the course of your interest. Dropping out in the midway is not a wise choice but hence you had no interest in B Sc (Micro Biology) you can tread on a new path.

You need to introspect and explore your own interest areas. If you are not interested in Science courses then you can opt for a language course either in English literature or French. You can also opt for pursuing your undergraduation in Psychology. After, your graduation you can either go for Masters in your field or can also pursue MBA. 

You can also opt for joining civil services after your graduation but completing your graduation is a must for a great career ahead.
