For pursuing MS in Computer Science abroad, you need 16 years of formal education and you also need to take GRE and TOEFL. You can do a one year certification course or a diploma in a field related to your career. If you intend to do your MCA and already know the field you are going to choose, this may be the best option. Or you can do an internet certification course and at the same time, get a work experience in the related field or associate yourself with a social cause. There might be a few Universities allowing 15 years of education but you need to check with individual Universities for their admission requirements.
