Dear Student,
You need a degree or diploma in hotel management to become a chef. Since, you have completed your graduation in physics and pursuing your post graduation in the same field; we advise you to make your career in physics. But as you said that you are no more interested in that field, you can opt for P.G Diploma in the field of hotel management or aviation.
