Moreover, if you are flying a domestic airline, your pay scale will be lesser than an international airline merely because of the hours of work and hectic nature.

These are rough figures; pay scale will vary from airline to airline.

International Airlines
FLIGHT ATTENDANTS/AIRHOSTESSES - Rs 60000/- to 120000/- per month
GROUND CREW - Rs 25000/- to Rs 60000/- per month

Domestic Airlines
FLIGHT ATTENDANTS/AIRHOSTESSES - Rs 30000/- to 80000/- per month
GROUND CREW - Rs 15000/- to Rs 30000/- per month
