Hi,

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a good option for those who want to make their career in management field. MBA is considered as one of the most valuable post graduate degree. MBA degree is required for executive and senior management positions.

Eligibility: -

1. You should have graduate degree with at least 50% marks from any recognized university or institution
2. You will have to appear for an entrance exam such as Management Aptitude Test (MAT) /Common Aptitude Test (CAT) /Xaviour’s Aptitude Test (XAT) to get admitted into this course. However, required percentile for admission varies from college to college.

CAT Exam is conducted by Indian Institute Of Managements (IIMs) for seeking admission to the prestigious management colleges in India.

There are many specializations in MBA like finance, marketing, retails, human resources, IT & operations. All the fields have different value and scope; you can choose any of the one field according to your interest after completing your graduation.

Civil service is the name given to numerous departments and agencies that provide services directly to the public and to the government. The Indian Administrative Service(IAS), Indian Police Service(IPS), Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers are recruited by the Union government on the recommendation of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and posted under various State governments.

As you are interested in civil service, you should be graduates from a recognised university and should be between 21-30 years of age. For SC/ST candidates there is an age relaxation of 5 years.

Both the fields have their different value and scope. You can opt for any of these courses according to your interest and abilities.
