Do not choose your specialisation only on the basis of demand. Keep a delicate balance of demand and your interest / strength. Marketing is evergreen, HR is in demand while Finance fluctuates depending on the stock markets. Sector specific specialisations like Telecom, Petroleum and so on may also be a good option
