Aerospace engineering involves the design, construction and science of airplanes and space vehicles and uses computer technology in the design space extensively. Aeronautical engineering is a branch of aerospace engineering and encompasses aircraft design, construction and testing of aircraft, missiles and spacecrafts. Aeronautical engineeeirng uses the science of propulsion and aerodynamics.

If you wish to pursue aeronautical engineering then taking Physics, Chemistry, Maths at the 10+2 level. Then pursue a degree or diploma programme in aeronautical engineering. If a conventional college does not work out for you, go for the Aeronautical Society of India’s (ASI) Associate Membership Examination that is conducted every 6 months. This will lead to a qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering.
