Hi Twinkle, Normally, to do a Ph D, you should have an M Tech/ ME degree. An MCA degree is considered equivalent to the BTech/BE degree and is not normally sufficient for admission. However, in some colleges a Masters degree is considered. They are Chennai Mathematical Institute, Chennai; Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Pune; Alagappa University, Karaikudy (TN) and many others.
