Yes, it’s absolutely fine to pursue B.Com (Account & Finance) simultaneously with Company Secretary (CS). Both courses are conducted by different institutes. Company Secretary (CS) is a professional course which is conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This programme has been introduced for Senior Secondary (10+2 or its equivalent) pass students desirous of a making career as Company Secretary. Any University has no objection in doing CS along with graduation course. After passing your 12th you can enrol for CS and graduation at same time. In this way you'll save your time and will complete the course in shorter period of time.
