Hi Anuj. It is possible to do Masters in Architecture after completing Bachelors in Civili Engineering. It is beneficial as once you go for Masters say MTech in Architecture from some good engineering college. It will only add to your skills and expertise and there are many career options as getting into interior and exterior designing and architecture planning etc in which you can make career and can earn some handsome salary. For you its advisable to prepare for GATE exams and looks for colleges which accepts GATE scores and offers Masters in Architecture.
