It is possible to do a Master’s in Science/Technology/Engineering in Part Time.

Manipal University offers Master’s of Science Programme exclusively for working individuals.

Anna University offers a range of options in Part time programmes in the Sciences and Technology. 

Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) offers M.Sc. 3 year (Part-time) Programme in Applied Physics. It also offers various M. Tech. Part time (6 semesters) programmes. 

Amity University offers M. Tech. in Telecommunications Systems Engineering (3 years on Weekends).

IGNOU also offers a part-time MS course in Dietetics & Food Service Management.

Some of the other institutes that offer Part time Programmes are Jamia Millia Islamia University, Birla Institute of Technology, Vellore Institute of Technology, National Institute of Technology.
