Yes, ISRO, DRDO and HAL have their entrance exams but not for 10+2 students. You can be the part of these organisations only after having your graduation degree.
• Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has SET (Scientist Entry Test)
• Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has SET (Scientist Entrance Test)
• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has HAL entrance exam
