Sorry to say but the list here is having names mostly from private universities. They take a lot of fees.If you are in Delhi - NCR then thr is a college at Greater Noida - IILM engineering college whr u cn find this course wid very low fees :) :) :) :) n plus wid MTU i.e. government degree too.U cn work while learning also as Delhi has lots of options for graduates.And as u wud complete ur M.Tech ur life wud really go grt :) :) :) :)
