Hi Sandeep, first things first. CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP etc are not state level MBA exams. They are MBA exams conducted on all India basis and depending on what your score in each of these exams, you will be eligible to apply to colleges across India who accept that score. So typically, an IIM will accept CAT score only, so you need to score 99+ to get into any of the IIM's located across India - Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bangalore etc etc.
Now, the second part. The minimum eligibility criteria for most of the MBA exams is 50 - 55%. You will need to check individually which exams you can take.

There is another option for you. There are some colleges who conduct their own entrance exams. You can get in touch with them and check. Or you can apply to them via
Common Application. What is Common Applicatoion? It is a tool that enables you to apply to multiple colleges of your choice (and where you are eligible) with a single form. We will forward your application to the colleges you have opted for and they will get back to you with the details.
