Hi Mukesh You could go for an engineering degree post your diploma, or you could take up a job basis your qualifications. The diploma holders have it a little tough as compared to someone who holds an engineering degree, but in the long run it will be the work output that will count. You could also explore options in other streams if you wish to further study
