You have not mentioned for which Birla institute you are talking about. There are many institutes with the name of Birla like Birla Institute of Management Technology, Birla School of Management, M. P Birla Institute of Management etc. So, first please mention the exact institute with its location, in which you want to apply. 

Since, you have MAT scores, first find out the cut-off marks of the colleges you wish to apply at and make a list of the colleges you are eligible. Then, you can do an assessment of which college is the best of the lot.
