Hi Mohit,
Please contact your school for your provisional certificate. Ideally they should have given it to you along with your Class XII marksheet.. Provisional certificate is very important. Please make sure you get it. In the meanwhile, ask your school to issue you a letter certifying that you were a member of the school, and your provisional certificate will be given to you soon.
