Dear student,
MSW stands for Master of Social Work. Social Work is a professional programme which equips students to work on issues related to inequality, injustice, social work, social welfare and development concerns of the poor, and help the students to develop skills and insights into working with people at the individual, group and community levels and on similar issues.
You can opt for Master’s degree in Social Work after completing Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/ Humanities / Social Science / Science / Commerce or Management or equivalent field from a recognized university.
However, the admission and selection procedure, eligibility criteria and other requirements vary from college to college. So, it would be advisable for you to contact with colleges offering social work to know about their admission requirements.
