Since, you have UPTU scores, first find out the cut-off marks of the colleges you wish to apply at and make a list of the colleges you are eligible for. Then, you can do an assessment of which college is the best out of the lot.
The admission criterion of every college is different. You will have to contact the college individually in which you want to take admission.
