Hi Mandeep,
Corporate law is the study of how shareholders, directors, employees, creditors, and other stakeholders such as consumers, the community and the environment interact with one another under the internal rules of the firm. It’s all related to corporate world.
Eligibility:
• You should have graduate degree from any recognised university for seeking admission in Diploma and post graduate degree in Corporate Law.
• Admission procedure for these courses varies from college to college. Every college has different criteria for admission.
So, first you have to complete your graduation to make your career in Corporate Law. There is a huge difference between Indian Law and Sweden Law. You should pursue law from Sweden, only if you want to be settled there.
You need to give Law School Admission Test (LSAT) to pursue law from any foreign country. The admission procedure in law varies from college to college. So you have to contact each university individually.
