Choosing between M.Tech and MBA is completely dependent on what you want to do Nasir. If you want to get into a corporate at a management level position, MBA is the route to follow. However if you want to pursue your subject and specialise in it and stick to technology, then M.Tech is your answer. For MBA(HR), the best colleges are XLRI, MDI, TISS etc
