Company Secretary (CS) is a professional course which is conducted by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This programme has been introduced for Senior Secondary (10+2 or its equivalent) pass students desirous of a making career as Company Secretary.

Career as company secretary.

But, we suggest you to go for same field for your higher studies as you are from engineering background (B.Tech). You can do M.Tech/M.E. in same field. There are huge career opportunities in this field. You will get good payoff after completing your education in the field of engineering and it is also good for your career growth.

It would be better to go for engineering field, rather than to go for Company Secretary or CS.
