Hi there, first of all B.Tech in Aerospace Engg is very much affiliated to IGNOU and is recognised. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech is that one should have a qualifying degree of B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent, 75% marks or 8.5 in Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) on a 10-point scale for a direct entry and not less than 300 in GATE score without interview. And, for with interview, you will need B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent, with 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale and not less than 300 in GATE score.

If you fullfill these criteria, you are good to go for M.Tech in IIT and other institutes.
