Arts stream is the best field to pursue law education in future. Arts stream cover sociology, political science, economics, etc. subjects which are useful for law education. You should have vast knowledge about politics and your general knowledge should be excellent.

You can pursue BA. LL.B. course after passing 12th class. B. A., LL. B. is the integrated double degree course combines Bachelors’ degree course in Arts together with the Bachelors’ degree course in law. The five-year degree programme provides a foundation in social sciences and humanities.

Eligibility for BA LLB five year programme: -

1. Pass 10+2 with minimum 45% marks from any recognised board.
2. Admission will be based on UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (UL-SAT)/ Board Merit/Common Law Admission Test- CLAT Merit/ Law School Admission Test- LSAT Merit followed by Group Discussion & Interview.

You can also pursue law after doing 12th in commerce. But we advice you go for Arts stream if you really want to take law as a career. Choice is yours you want to go for Arts stream or Commerce stream.
