Hi,

Since you want to be education officer, you need to have master’s degree or B.Ed degree. You have to appear for an exam for post of education officer. This exam and eligibility criteria varies from state to state. 

Eligibility: You should have master’s degree or B.Ed degree from any recognised university or a degree of equivalent standard with 50% of marks in the master's degree examination in any one of the subjects English/Physics/Zoology/History and Chemistry.

Age should be below 30 years for open market and 40 years for teachers employed in recognised Aided Secondary Schools or Higher Secondary Schools.

All states have different eligibility criteria and exam. You can contact Education Department of your district area for more information.
