The Merchant Navy is a non-combatant commercial fleet, which deals with transporting cargo and occasionally, passengers, by sea. There are many courses in merchant navy offer by various marine academies such as Bachelor of Science course in Nautical Science, Diploma in Nautical Science, Bachelor of Technology in Marine Engineering, B.Tech. in Naval Architecture & Ship Building, etc.

Eligibility: - you should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% in English either in 10th or 12th Standard.
