Hi, since your brother's score is low. we will suggest him to drop this year and prepare again for next year's entrance exams. Why? Because it is better to get admission in a reputable college than to to do it from some random college. If he studies in a good - average college, then his learning will be good and chances of being recruited (placements) at good companies will be more. Alternatively, he can join a Diploma course this year and get a lateral entry next year into whichever engineering stream he has chosen.
