You can sit for UPSC examination after your graduation if you are in the age group of 21-30 years. Every state level exam like J.P.S.C has its own eligibility criteria. You can appear for J.P.S.C after your graduation if you are in the age group of 22-35. You can check for the eligibility criteria for different states online. The gap years in your education should not cause any problem in the future. However, you might be questioned about it during your interview and you should be able to answer it tactfully.
