No, it is not possible to do B.Tech with B.Com degree.

Eligibility: 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics to take admission in any institute with required percentile followed by entrance test such as IIT- JEE, GATE, KCET, MHT-CET, etc. conducted by institute or organisations.

So, you should be from the science stream to take admission in B.Tech/Engineering. If you have passed 10+2 with science stream you can opt for B.Tech by clearing entrance test.
