To take admission in B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering in Cochin University you should have passed diploma with Computer Science & Engineering /Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Electronics Engg./ Computer Technology/Computer Engg./Medical Engg./ Computer Hardware Maintenance/ Telecommunication Technology/ Applied Electronics/Electronics & Production Technology for lateral entry.

Eligibility after 12th: You should have pass in the Plus Two Examination of the State of Kerala with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any other examination accepted as equivalent thereto securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.

And to get admission in University of Kerala in B.tech Computer Science Engineering you should have passed Class 12 of VHSE, CBSE, ICSE or any examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto, obtaining not less than 50% marks in Mathematics, and 50% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Biology put together or a Diploma in Engineering with securing a minimum of 50% marks. Admissions will be based on as per university norms.
