Dear student,
Yes it is possible to migrate to a same course level in Mumbai University.You should have scored at least 60 % in aggregate in your first year (the higher the % the better). Then you have to individually apply to colleges of your choice and on availabilty of seats and your interview determine your migration. It's necassary that you do not have any back papers.
