Since, you have CAT scores, first find out the cut-off marks of the colleges you wish to apply at and make a list of the colleges you are eligible for. Then, you can do an assessment of which college is the best of the lot.

All B-Schools in India have a written aptitude test as the first stage of screening applicants and students are short listed for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview or work experience (in some cases, getting 32 percentile you might only be able to join a private institute.
