1. Common Admission Test (CAT) by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs)

2. Management Aptitude Test (MAT) by All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS), New Delhi

3. Xavier Admission Test (XAT) by Xavier Labour Research Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur

4. Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET) by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)

5. ATMA by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS)

6. Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) by Symbiosis International University

Very few private colleges like Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal University, etc. will provide direct admission in MBA Course without any competitive examination scores and other option is management quota. But you will not get admission in good colleges. Many of these institutes are not even AICTE or UGC approved. So, we will advise you to prepare well for the CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. entrance if you want to secure a seat in a good MBA college. If you have scored good percentile in any one of the examination, you will get admission in top business schools of India.

Indian Institute of Planning and Management - IIPM is rated amongst the top institutes of the country and has the largest campus of all business schools. It offers a full time programme in Planning and Entrepreneurship. IIPM conducted its own entrance exam to give admission in MBA course. IIPM has never required any statutory recognition from anybody for any of its programmes. However students doing ISBE programmes also have the choice of additionally undertaking their MBA/BBA degree programmes from M S University, Tamil Nadu since IIPM has a tie up with the Directorate of Distance Learning of their university.
