Dear student,
You can do LLB from IGNOU but it is not affiliated from the BAR council and you will not be allowed to practise in court. If it’s an additional degree just for the sake of doing or some promotion in your existing job then it’s ok.
You can get the admission application forms at the Regional Centre/Study Centre, Headquarters and also can download the Prospectus and application forms from official site of IGNOU.
