You can pursue medical Ph. D in specific courses for which you have studied academics throughout your UG & PG. Please cross check with colleges for Ph. D courses in the streams you have mentioned, because as far as our knowledge goes, Ph. D is offered in core medicine courses like Orthopaedics, Pharmacology, Microbiology etc.

Considering you have studied MBA in Healthcare Services, you could do a specialisation course in Human Resources or in Quality Management in the Health Care sector for corporate jobs.

If you want to pursue NET, you will need to check the eligibility criteria and the subjects for which entrance examination is conducted by UGC.
