MBA is very good option after completing graduation. MBA is professional course which helps in building the analytical skills and a solid foundation in the principles of management.
Many of institutes also offers MBA programme with distance learning. It gives option to do job along with studies if you are interested to do MBA with distance learning.
Minimum eligibility required for admission in MBA programme is graduate degree with at least 50% marks from any recognised university and students will have to appear for an entrance exam such as MAT/CAT/XAT or ATMA to get admitted into this course. However, required percentile for admission varies from college to college.
You will not going to face any problem by doing MBA in English medium. Might be in starting you will face some problems but when you get involved in it, it will be easy to handle.

As you mentioned you did your graduation with BA in Economics, as graduate in Economics can aspire too many entry-level jobs in banking, finance, insurance, stock markets, sales and marketing as well as corporations like consulting firms or government departments.
You can also work as Economist. Economists analyse issues related to growth and development, welfare and policy formulation - both long and short-term.
