Hi Abhishek,
According to the new IIT JEE 2013 format, you have to be in the top 20 percentile (of your Board exam) to be eligible to take the exam.
As for eligibility for AIEEE entrance exam, you should have had Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level with any one from Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology as optional subjects.
