Yes you are quite eligible to pursue MBA after graduation. You should start preparing for MBA entrance exams like CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT, IIFT, IRMA (link these exams) etc. right from your second year of graduation. In fact you can take these exams when you are in your 2rd year of graduation.
The best way to prepare for these entrance exams is by going through previous years question papers as well as solving sample tests.
