You can definitely do your MBA in Finance, Operations, Systems etc given your background and interests.

However, some institutes may not accept the correspondence course that you did during Graduation, so you shall have to read the Prospectus or go through the websites of the institutes that you wish to apply to in order to check whether you meet the institute criteria.
