The cut off list of every college under Delhi University (DU) is different. So you have to contact each college individually.
Any undergraduate or graduate can prepare for CAT exam. The pattern of CAT exam is totally different from graduation stream. So you can pursue bachelor’s degree from any discipline and can prepare for CAT exam.
