Dear Nirmall, it is always better to be safe than sorry. One should not go for programmes that are not AICTE or UGC certified ideally, even if there are no entrance exams for such programmes. Please makes sure that whatever course you sign up for is a recognised one. Institutes accepting CET, CAT,MAT,SNAP,XAT etc scores are usually recognised ones offering valid degrees/diploma.
