The course offers training across two functions – cabin crew and ground staff. Semester I includes Principles of Aviation, in-flight services, soft skills for aviation operations environment, communication, grooming and etiquette; customer service for global clientele; Airline 7 Airport Management. Semester II includes airline & airport management, information technology in the airline industry, cargo & transportation, airline & travel management, load planning & DGR; security and legislation and Ancillary Services.
