Hi there, there is no much difference between B-schools or universities.However, the methods of teaching and probably the placements would be little better in the B-schools. Taking my example I did my MBA in Oil and Gas from UPES, Dehradun and it being India's 1st domain specific institute it provided me a good amount of exposure.
