Fine art includes art forms developed primarily for aesthetics and/or concept rather than practical application.

There are many institutes offer diploma, under graduate, post graduate and research programmes in Painting and Fine Art with distance learning.

Basic eligibility is 10+2 passed from any recognised board for diploma and under graduate courses and graduation degree for post graduation degree courses in Painting. Admission is based as per the rules and regulations of every college.
