You should first and foremost appear for engineering entrance exams like IIT JEE, AIEEE, UPET, KCET etc. These are all India level or state level entrance exams, on the basis of whose score, you can get admission in various engineering colleges in India. You may have missed this year’s entrance exams, but you can prepare this year and fill up forms for next year’s exam. You may start your preparation/ coaching classes from this year itself.

However, if you don’t want to drop a year, then we advise you to join B.Sc (Hons) course in Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Statistics or general B. Sc course, while you prepare for your entrance exams. You may also try for BCA.
