Hi Danish,
No, i’m sorry to say that the minimum eligibility criteria to appear for IIT JEE have changed from 2012 onwards. As per the new IIT JEE format, you should have score somewhere in the top 20 percentile in your respective Board exam. However, you can appear for other engineering entrance exams like AIEEE, KCET etc.
